After discussing with the Koeppel Rosen team what was required, Sabre proposed implementing the SabreVault® Access Control System, powered by Brivo. The system allowed for complete remote access of all areas - from common areas to elevators to exterior controls. Next, the Sabre team designed and swiftly implemented the solution.

Creating centralized access control

With this system, property managers and building security have more control over card keys, elevators, and visitor passes. In fact, Koeppel Rosen was able to centralize some access functions at their head office, allowing them greater control of their property portfolio security.

Finding the best solution for each property

At 902 Broadway, SabreVault® Access Control was integrated, and proximity card readers were installed at each kiosk. To allow the systems to talk to one another, the Brivo open API was used, and the services of BraXos were sought to write the code required for integration.
